Public invited to attend in person or via live videocast and call-in; Autism Speaks CSO Rob Ring joins as new public member

The U.S. Department of Health & Human Services has announced the agenda for the Tuesday, July 8th meeting of the Interagency Autism Coordinating Committee (IACC). See below.

The public is invited to attend in person or via live videocast or conference call. The meeting takes place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern, in the Neuroscience Center, 6001 Executive Blvd, Conference Rooms C and D, Rockville, Maryland. (Map and directions here.) On-site registration is from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m.

Autism Speaks Chief Science Officer Robert Ring is joining the committee as a new public member. (Read more about Dr. Ring’s appointment here.)

The IACC advises the government on federally funded autism research and related activities. It also provides a forum for public input on these issues.
